The Carbon Steel EN 10216-1 Pipe is predominantly comprised of carbon, with a slight presence of manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon. The chemical content ensures proper strength and the possibility of handling the pipe in highly pressurized and hot temperature conditions.Properties include minimum yield strength of 235 MPa as well as a tensile strength between 360 to 510 MPa. The pipe elongates for excellent elongation with 20%, which can perform very challenging services like in boilers and pressure vessels. This material has good performances in harsher industrial applications.
