Hot Dipped Galvanized Tubes are steel tubes galvanized with a layer of zinc through the hot-dip galvanization technique to render them strong and resistant to rust. Hot Dipped Galvanized Tubes typically consist of Carbon Steel (98-99%) and Zinc Coating (0.5-1.5%) and they form a good corrosion barrier. The process is done by immersing the steel tubes into molten zinc at a temperature of around 450°C in order to provide consistent coating bonding.
