EN10305-2 / EN10305-3 ERW tubing is produced from low-carbon steel, usually with a chemical composition of carbon (0.10-0.30%), manganese (0.30-0.60%), and traces of phosphorus and sulfur. The mechanical properties are high tensile strength, usually between 410-600 MPa, and yield strength between 250-460 MPa, depending on the grade. The material has good elongation, usually between 22-35%, to provide flexibility. These tubes are engineered to withstand high-pressure uses and deliver durability, excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish, and are perfect for automotive, engineering, and structural uses.
