Carbon Steel F80 Forged Fittings consist of mainly carbon (0.30-0.60%), traces of manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon, with the aim of having a balance between strength and flexibility. The mechanical properties consist of high tensile strength, which is normally in the range of 485 to 620 MPa, and yield strength in the range of 250 to 400 MPa. They also possess good impact toughness and hardness, which is normally between 160 to 190 HB. Their corrosion and pressure resistance makes them perfect for aggressive industrial applications with guaranteed long performance and durability across different systems.
